FAQs

  • Wine collections can be retrieved at Fig & Favor during regular business hours, starting from the first Friday of each month until the final Friday of the month.

  • Wine collections will be retained for a period of 14 days following the conclusion of the last Friday of the month, after that no pick-up or refunds will be issued.

  • Please email wineclub@harwoodhospitality.com with any questions or concerns.

  • You must subscribe by the last Wednesday of the month in order to be eligible for the following month’s subscription.

  • All Harwood Wine Club members must be 21+.
